The Bodner family has been a key name in development in Indianapolis, Indiana, since the early 1900s.
Drawing from generations of expertise putting clients and their needs first, working in tandem to create solutions, and incorporating workmanship into delivering every project on time and on budget, founder Bruce A. Bodner, knows exactly what a client needs to be successful.
Not only does the team at Millspring Development work through clients needs in the construction phase, but also address management and operational concerns long after the project is completed.

LEADERSHIP
BRUCE A. BODNER
FOUNDER, DEVELOPER
Mr. Bodner is the President and CEO of Millspring Development, a real estate development and management company. He has developed condominium and apartment communities, including a golf course community, commercial space including ground-up construction and redevelopment of retail centers and freestanding sites for drug stores, supermarkets, office and industrial buildings.
Predecessor company, the Bruce A. Bodner Company, held nearly 1M square feet of retail and office space including pharmacy/drugstore properties, strip centers, high-rise office buildings, and freestanding stores.
Mr. Bodner began his career in a real estate development company with his father which focused on the development of multifamily residential properties for sale and for lease.
Mr. Bodner has a Bachelors of Science in Business from Indiana University and a law degree from Cumberland Law School at Samford University.
Bruce A. Bodner is the President and CEO of Millspring Development, bringing decades of experience across retail, multifamily, office, industrial and other commercial real estate. His background includes ground-up development, redevelopment and ownership of nearly one million square feet of retail and office property through predecessor company, the Bruce A. Bodner Company.
Bruce began his career working alongside his father in multifamily development and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
